With the right balance between the sweet, juicy pineapple soaked in honey and topped with vanilla, and acidity, the wine is fun to drink now, if you like them young, and it will also age quite nicely over the next 15-20 years, if you can wait that long.

Muted aromas and quite sweet on the palate given its young age. A slight astringency on the medium finish suggests to me that several years of aging will help this round out and open up. Enjoyable consumed as an aperitif nevertheless.

Light sweet Sauternes with a slightly atypical grapefruit note on the finish
