A different take on rose. Medium body, bit of yeasty bread, hint of toffee, spritz. Interesting taste mid-palette we couldn't identify. Nice acid. It's low alcohol (11%) and a slow drinker. Serve this at 55F or a touch colder.

Too much yeasty bread on the nose day one. Had dissipated by day 3 (vacuvin) and was quite pleasant. Would have decanted this in hindsight.

A light, tart summer rose. Could probably benefit from additional age.
