  • As much as I loved the schist, this was a notch better, like a cornas or some of the better st jo sites, loads of dark minerals, slightly smoked raw game, dark drying berries, slight hint of blood on the nose, had me thinking this would be a bruiser on the palate but there's so much acidity the textures are smooth, pleasurable and persistent I could drink wine like this all the time!
