intense nose of red dark fruit with barnyard undertones. Palate complex with lots of fruit. Tannin medium to fine and high acid level gives peppery long finish. Decant for an hour and serve quite cool-- 14-15 degrees. Very nice wine which went went well with Pork steak cassarole with tomato base
