Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of apricot, pears and a hint of peaches. Flavors of apricots, peaches and a splash of lime. Medium acidity, light body. Drink now.
I haven't tried this wine in years. It is not as pedestrian as I remembered it to be. Nothing special though. No bad versus the $10.00 cost per bottle.

Average wine. As a Soave fan I decided to try this wine when I saw it at whole foods. Big mistake. A nice pale color in the glass, but the perfumed floral nose, thick floral taste followed by a cloying finish is not what I expect from a Soave. It is lacking acid, minerals, and elusive fruit that makes a balanced Soave a joy.

(Bolla Soave Classico) Light lemon yellow color; tart peach, ripe pear, tasty, tart citrus, mineral palate; medium finish (12.5% alcohol; good value at $10 SRP; sample provided by winery)

Refreshing, but smooth at the same time. Will go nicely with lighter seafood.
