  Tasting course: Pale golden with a greenish tint. Open Medium+ Candied(botrytis) peachy and lesser vegetal nose. medium+(high) acidity, medium sweetness(off dry-25g) medium body. Vegetal medium+ finish and nuttiness. balanced, good length, good intensity. Poor complexity(3above make the complexity, Cola has almost 200g/l sugar. ) No2. Alsace Riesling, grand cru, 2010. botrytis. (Icing sugar most of the time indicates Alsace.)
