Sashi thought it needed to be changed by about 90 degrees (give or take 30 degrees).   Clear; nearly while in color. Very bright and light with high acidity. Stone fruit on the nose. Still seems like a hot, young wine. Will be interesting to see how this one ages (if it lasts that long!).

  Lemon custard and bright acidity. Despite the youth, feel the vibrancy will continue with this rendition. Acidity cuts through dishes and worked well with spicy foods. Citrus finish is short, but really nice with a Piedmont-style dinner. Brightness is over the top a bit, but it is so lively and different I have to mark it up a bit.
