It's been a while since we had this. A really nice Riesling, with that lovely fruit and crisp minerality you want in a dry Riesling. But the Aussie version has its own unique qualities that make it a nice alternative to the richer style of Alsace and the fruitier style of German Rieslings. A little more green apple and grassy flavors.

Lemony nose with faint honeyed notes. Dry and quite acidic medium bodied palate with citrus notes, quince and melon. Slightly metallic. Simple and straightforward. Pleasent but boring.
