#15-12, 7% abv. From half bottle. Always a winner, this one. Almost colourless. A very aromatic nose, with mostly honey tones. Quite sappy and some ripe stone fruit aromas as well. The palate shows a slight bit of effervescence, and tons of the same honeyed qualities, though there's a fair bit of acidity to go along with the heightened sweetness. Fantastic stuff now and for the future.

#15-12, 7% abv. From half bottle. Very light whiff of sulphur on the nose, which disappears pretty quickly. Extremely spicy, with a huge collection of yellow and white fruits. An absolute fruit bomb on the nose and palate. This is quite sweet, but held in check by the minerality (or is it the sulphur?). Besides the fruit, this is honeyed and floral. Super intense and absolutely delicious.

Bubbles and Harold's (Chicago, IL): #15-12, 7% abv. From half bottle. A good hit of clover honey on the nose from this bottle. There's a little bit of sulphur as well, and then, after those things, it's fruit all the way to the end. Pineapple seems dominant. Rich and delicious, this bottle did not feel as soft as the other two I've opened had -- there was better acidity and balance throughout.

Blackurrent leaf and hedgerow, beautiful elegant wine. Light on botrytis, lovely taut finish.

About the same as last time. Lots of dense pineapple, some honey and lychee. An impressive Auslese with a long life ahead of it.
