See TN from 05/02/20. Everything applies just the same. Had for lunch with home made Guacamole on toasted Soughdough. Perfect pairing. Chosen to help cut the lime juice and refresh without the alcohol as only 7.5 degrees.

Popped and poured at fridge temp. This has developed nicely in the seven years since I last tasted it! Kerosene notes on opening with nice white stone fruits, apricot, on the nose. The palate shows sweet apricot with good acidity, feels like this is just starting to wake up from a long sleep. Give it some more years in the cellar.

So fruit driven it’s quite un-real. White peaches and Lychees. On a scale 1-9 about a 7 but really carried along with the Mosel acidity bringing balance to the fruit. Long in the mouth Refeshing, for some maybe a tad sweet so serve well chilled BUT the fruit and acidity make just it so beguiling. I really don’t what more you could want in this style of wine. I had it with freshly cooked crab claws, cucumber organic brown wholemeal bread and simple mayonnaise. I can think of nothing better. Powerful enough to be served with Thai food.
