The color is really starting to go gold on this wine. The nose is all butterscotch with a touch of botrytis. Rich and thich on the palate but very delicious.

Started pretty oaky but rounded out well after the bottle has some time to open up. Definitely went better with food (halibut and marinated asparagus).

(Chasseur Chardonnay Durell Vineyard) Deep golden color; earthy, minerally, toast nose; good entry, rich, creamy, lemon palate with good acidity; medium finish

A little on the crisp side with good citrus overtones. Seemed a little closer to a sauvignon blanc than a chardonnay...but still well done.

Golden straw in color. A lot of mineral and slate. Good acidity.
