  Transparent gold color. A bit muted on the nose at first really only offering a bit of yeast, but some cinnamon applesauce notes arose with time. Rich lemon, key lime, and some great balancing sea salt. Very good depth. Hard to justify the price tag, but highly enjoyable.

  I like this wine but notes below show it to be less impressive than the stellar price would now indicate. It is a good mixture of Chassagne and Puligny characteristics but does not provide the depth and complexity I would be expecting from the producer and the terroir

  Pale straw. Young with fantastic nose of white flowers, lemons and sweet peaches. Palate did not live up to the lofty standard of the nose as it was rather light-weight for a Grand Cru. Good refinement here and very balanced with good tension and precision. Very good but not an excellent BBM.

  This was a moderate wine on the nose but big on the palate. The nose was quite reductive for a grand cry but opened up slightly as time passed. It had subtle aromas of butter, oak, flowers and stone fruit. The palate was very well balanced with a good spine of acidity and luscious fruit. The finish had a slightly creamy but focused tinge to it. A very nice wine that should be kept 2 - 3 more years before consuming. Not as good or big a wine as one would expect from this vintage but overall, very well made and balanced. 92 - 93 points.
