Crowd pleasing. Sweet with vanilla, some oak, maybe even some caramel. No complexity to speak of but this is easy to enjoy on week nights or with non wine enthusiast people.

Same note as previous although this time I would add bitter to the description. The bitterness did fade after some time. Better than some things I have drunk at this price point but unfortunately not disappointed this is my last bottle. 84pts.

Dark ruby. Expressive and attractive nose of red and dark cherries, sweet spices, floral and herbal scents with noticeable but nicely integrated oak. Medium-bodied with velvety tannins, rich, ripe fruit, moderate acidity and a medium but pleasent aftertaste. Obvious heat. Not particularly complex but extremely enjoyable Pinot Noir at a very reasonable price. Much more varietal typicity (pinosity if you will) here than in previous vintages I have come across. Would buy more bottles.

Doesn't taste like pinot noir, heavy handed oak treatment. Sweet fruit with brown sugar and vanilla. Two thumbs down.
