  Nose of black currant, blackberry and vanilla oak. Medium bodied and well balanced, although with very little tannic structure. Dark cherry flavors, spicier forward palate. Long finish with some extra alcoholic heat at the end. Nothing wrong with this wine, other than it's price point. It probably doesn't have the cellar life I expected; glad I tried it now instead of waiting a few more years.
