Still one of the best vintage sparklings in Australia. Beautiful golden yellow colour, citrus, buttery and creamy textures. Still as good as i remembered it.

Jura Tasting: Pear, musk and some cherry with graphite and leesy complexity. Nice richness on the palate, with good acidity lending freshness. Overall it feels really well balanced. Drink now and over the shorter term I think.

Christmas and End of Year Tasting: Biscuit, lime and apple. The palate is nicely creamy with some more biscuity notes and a bit of dosage. Good persistence and really quite enjoyable.

Really quite impressed with this. Youthful, a really nice moderate lees (still fresh despite its 8 years on lees) just showing enough toastiness on the nose, juicy lemon acidity with maybe a hint of sherbet on warming up. Very well balanced between the two (acidity and lees).

Yellow gold colour. Citrus fruit. Toasty Brioche. Buttery notes. Yummy. One of the best vintage sparklings in Australia.
