Nose is full of spicy Botrytis, with just a hint of oxidation despite age. Despite greatly reduced sugar content (due to age) there is still not enough acidity to support it.
A lovely wine from a great vintage. Should be drunk now. Not optimally paired with blue cheese (tried gorgonzola dolce and black label cambozola; of the two the gorgonzola was clearly the superior pairing)
