  • Good breakfast wine! Probably in the awkward zone betwixt youth and maturity right now. To check in on around 2020

  • Haart's charming '11 kabinett has left its first newly-fermented stage, and all for the better. Today we get an even classier nose than before: gunflint & wet stone minerality, hint of mothball, green lime & ripe pineapple fruit. And what great balance on the palate! Here's a textbook interplay between fine-caliber carbon dioxide, mineral salts, intense green/tropical fruit and fresh acidity. A lovely bottle of mosel with a bright future ahead. Only one left - so wish we'd bought more.

  • Medium open nose. Warm sweet pears, tropical fruit, citrus and lime.
The taste is packed with tropical fruits . Mango, apricot and pineapple, some liquorice too. The drinkability is crazy, as it should be. A bargain at Atomwine.

  • A young, effervescent, very drinkable but not overly elegant kabinett. Gooseberries, canned pineapple and peach preserve liquid, green apples. Quite the sweet fruit punch - serve well chilled.

  • Very pale lemon green w/ lots of small bubbles. Totally juvenile nose, yeast and a nice fruitbasket: white peach, green apples, lime and tutti-frutti. Nettles, herbs and mineral notes like wet schiefer, iron, nuts and hints of mothball. On the palate fresh and friendly, very fruity but not too sweet as more sugar than usual was converted to alcohol. 9% and perhaps 25-30 grams of RS. Glugable - like drinking a fruit bowl poured from a rusty iron tap fitted into a rock. Mosel kab inspired by Keller's style, and a steal at 99 dkk.
