  Bâtard-Montrachet and Cathiard Malconsorts Dinner with Acker (Brindille - Chicago IL): Alongside the 2011, both opened 15 minutes before serving. Another brilliant Ramonet 2010. Rich with excellent concentration, showing ripe but balanced orchard fruit. Subtle spice and floral notes to start. Everything got bigger and longer with more air.

  A first bottle with premox. The second one clean with lots of Ramonet gun powder in the nose. A lot of complexity and intensity - perhaps almost too much. A wine to drink a glass rather than a bottle.
