Gorgeous dark Amber color and beautiful floral, apricot, unfiltered dark honey, and walnut nose. This nose is just spectacular, reminiscent of a cognac. Palate is balanced with a rustic tannin effect. There's a sweet burnt herb effect over something in between apricot and mango. Finish brings out the acidity and lasts forever. Baked hard cheese, capers, and a lemon sauce helped to bring out the wine's soft sweetness riding shotgun with all of that tannic texture. A really nice wine.

Really exciting to my palate--fun orange wine. Nose of honey and dried apricots, with a mild but not dominant oxidative character. Smelled sweet, but was bone dry, minerally and tannic on the palate. Great structure, a surprising and exciting treat. Fermented on skins and aged in amphorae, which explains much of the character.

Amber, oxidized appearance and taste. Since this is supposed to be amber in color, we gave it a try. Uniformly disliked by everyone. Perhaps it is oxidized.
