Short, spongy cork, but this has held up better than I expected. Faint aromas of black currant and oak as well as spice. Medium-bodied and very smooth. Delicious, if a little tired. This was probably better a few years ago, but the texture is pure silk with just enough tannin and acidity to stand up to a ribeye. 88

Thin and bland with some blackberry fruit. Clearly past it's prime although I'm not sure how good it was even then (whenever that was). I love the Sausal zin but am not sure why I bought this. Must have been caught up in the moment at the winery.
