  Twee flessen gedronken. Eerste fles 2 uurtjes van tevoren boven gezet. Gedronken direct na openen. Zeer goede match met de varkenswangen in Westmalle Dubbel. Warm, rond en vol. 92
  Tweede fles direct uit de kelder gedronken na het eten en gedurende de rest van de namiddag en avond. Veel minder geslaagd, uit balans, eerst te fris. Vrij hoekig, zuurder dan fles 1. Toch tegengevallen. 88

  Nice Montsant, tons of mineral, bright red fruit, raspberry, very fresh early. Second glass softens a bit and gets rounder, herbal, then potting soil, dark chocolate, and earth emerge. Won't age too long, but very nice now and over the next year or two.
