Closed down right now, took a 4.5 hour decant to really begin to open up. A cournicopia of red and black fruit. Red currants, pomegranates, blackberries, cranberries, red apple skins. Light herbs and spices, basil, possibly rosemary, and coriander. Just hints at the spice though. Fresh turned earth and a kiss of oak on the finish. That said, relatively closed right now, give at least a few years or hours decant. Natural cork, unfined, unfiltered, 12.8% ABV. Wait 4-7 years for next bottle.
