Nose: The nose is Clean and Fully Developed, showing Pronounced intensity primary aromas of green apple, lemon, secondary aromas of cream, butter and tertiary aromas of dried apple, honey, nutty. Palate: The wine is Off-Dry in the mouth with a Medium(+) level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (12.00%). It has Medium(+) body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of green apple, lemon, secondary flavours of cream, butter and tertiary flavours of dried apple, nutty, honey. The finish is Medium(+). It has a creamy mousse and shows autolytic character. Overall: Good complexity with primary, secondary and tertiary character present. Needs a bit more to be outstanding. Good intensity and length. Conclusion: It is a Very Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing It is fully developed with no potential to improve with further ageing.; Premium priced (£23.99)

High acid but still feels well rounded. Lacking the depth of yeastyness that I prefer, but a great wine to start off lunch with entree. Still tastes young - will give other bottles some more time
