  Fine old wine, now fading. Still dark garnet. Lovely aromas, actually filled a small room. Woodsmoke, strawberries, slightly bitter black cherries, savoury notes, maybe beef extract. Leathery too. Still can't quite decide if this is a bit past it or actually rather fine and aged, probably both. Fair length. I was privileged to pick up my three bottles at a late stage in its life. A bit of history and still giving pleasure.

  Fine old wine, now fading. Still mid ruby, darkened by second day. Lovely aromas, actually filled a small room. Woodsmoke, strawberries, savoury notes. Leathery too. Can't quite decide if this is a bit past it or actually rather fine and aged, probably both.
  
  This next bottle confirmed it with others enthusing. It is in a really nice place though showing its age. Drink soon.

It wasn't a great cork though either.
