Has that same elegant, soft but refined, easily approachable, mouth feel we so much enjoy from Pinot Gris from Oregon. This one has some Chardonnay and Semillon that add some depth, richness and character. Light golden color. Peachy, lemon nose with a hint of white flowers. Soft and subdued entry of honeyed apple and pear fruit enhanced with citrus and light melon. Moderately crisp with almost impeccable balance compared to the weight of the fruit. Honey, apple, pear, and even some brown spice on the finish.

Tastes like there's a goodly percentage of chardonnay in the mix (although at least it's not over-oaked.) There are also some nice mineral and citrus notes. Flavor improves as it warms up a little.

Very well balanced Washington state white blend. Nice acidity, gold delicious apple, lemon curd with some minerality on the back end.
