  Popped and let sit in the bottle for about an hour and it was ready to drink. Had quite a bit more smoke and meaty flavors than I expected but this was the first time I've had a Heart Stone. No need to wait on these but I think it will stay in this tasting window for a couple years.

  Very smooth and pretty floral nose. Drinking very smooth and enjoyable. Drinking well now.
