  An old friend, we try several bottles of this wine every vintage. Has some distinct aromas and flavors, compared to Napa or Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc. The slightly cooler climate brings a tighter fruit flavor profile, and also has a leaner, more crisp acidity. Just enough grassy, herbaceous characteristics to let us know it is Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit and papaya with lemon and honeydew. Quick hitting dose of acid. A touch of minerality. The finish leans toward lemon lime with some herbal flavors.
