Light to medium yellow in color. Initially reductive on the nose which over time reveals gorgeous aromas of white stone fruits, lemon zest, yellow flowers and herbs. Intense and creamy at the same time, the palate shows citrus poached stone fruits buttressed by excellent acidity, energetic saline notes and a very long mineral laden finish. Excellent!

Good combination of ripe and tart orchard fruits, faintly floral and spiced. Good weight throughout, ending with bright energy. Good now through the next decade.

Keith's Italian Wine Dinner (Osteria Langhe - Chicago IL): Lots of fresh apple, lemon, and lemon peel with an overall tart character, albeit with plenty of energy and good enough weight. Wonderfully fresh for the vintage.

High acidity so needs air. Once it settles down, it was deep, rich and complex.
