Opened this bottle at a wine dinner at New Ubin Seafood (CHIJMES). Theme of the evening: Vintage Australian (Wendouree) Wines. Drank from a half bottle.
Straw gold in colour with a sharp, crisp lemon, lime and honey on the nose and palate. Drinking beautifully at this stage.

This botrytis-affected Riesling has a lovely mature, waxy, candied lemon citrus, orange, and honeysuckle nose. It’s medium-bodied on the palate with delicate acids that are still quite refreshing. Deliciously sweet with lovely aroma replays on the flavour profile, along with a juicy mid-palate. Excellent length with waxy, orange, and honeysuckle notes on the finish.

Whilst elements of the nose remind of a Mosel Spatlese/Auslese, there is initially some reduction that make for a more savoury profile. 15-20 mins later this has mostly but not completely blown off.
Quite viscous and apricotty on the palate but vibrant grapefruity acidity cuts easily through it. Great length and no little complexity to the finish.
I'd take a punt that this could well age and improve for quite a while yet

Interesting and not quite what I expected

Viscous, honeyed with fresh acidic backbone. Not cloying though nothing particularly standout. I was probably looking for more because of the name?
Can't help feeling like this isn't the best representation of Greywacke - expensive.
