Poured at my xmas party against a 2011 Arnot-Roberts santa cruz mountains chard. This was everyone's winner. Just a sublime chablis. Tons of lemon. Honey. Very citric. Deep and plenty of body. Not over the top. Did I say wet stone? Lots of that. I think vaudesir is my favorite chablis gc. I haven't had a bad one yet.

Yum. Decanted for 15 minutes; Bright yellow with light yellow rims; floral, caramel nose; and an awesome buttery honey flavor. Short finish. Excellent balance, not sweet, not sour, just right.
