Grands Jours de Bourgogne 2014 Day 1: Chablis 3-17-13: Woody and green as is typical of so many 2011s; Mark Cameron was apologetic and hypothesized that it was early bottling that created the green character of so many 2011s. Nice acid, though. If you were in the mood for an SB this'd do the trick I suppose.
