Straw colored in the glass bit cloudy, aromatic nose of mandarin orange with flower notes, palate is delightfully crisp with a nice mid palate acidity, expressive tropical fruit notes, citrus and star fruit. Very nice.

Light but bright yellow gold. Good acidity is not tart but refreshing. I was neutral toward my first bottle, which seemed clean but lacked interest. This bottle is better probably more due to me than the wine itself. The nose is clean, with notes of lemon, chamomile, fennel. Went well with baked fish.
Sipping it later by itself, I noticed that the wine lacks the unctuous quality I associate with other white Rhone varieties and the taste of alcohol was rather salient.

A lovely, playful acidic white with a somewhat round mouthfeel. It's golden hue reminds me of summer sunsets, and the nose is frisky with tantalizing sweet notes against a backdrop of foggy summer flowers. On the front of the palate, it's very slightly sweet brightness belies it's acidity levels, and by mid-palate it rounds out and finishes fuller than whence it started. Stems up!

Not as attractive as the Tablas Creek white Rhone blends.
