  From a magnum. I didn't take detailed notes here and it was later in the evening, but overall I remember thinking good solid hermitage wine. Not quite with the meaty notes that I love in the Cote Rotie, but still an enjoyable wine.

  This is a knockout. This wine is a super complex classy. High acidity and a long finish. Wish I had another!

  Tasted blind. Wow this was good. Lovely floral and animal nose, tons of ripe fruit upfront. Amazingly young, impeccably balanced with ample acidity and very fine tannins.
