A refreshingly unique style of Pinot Noir, for most palates. 10.3% alcohol, vinified in a style the winery describes as a traditional approach found in the Mosel valley of Germany, using cool-climate Oregon fruit.
Brilliant translucent red in the glass. Very pure fruit of nice balance. Has a pleasingly acerbic kick, reminiscent of stems of bing cherries. A touch of tart rhubarb. A pleasing standout from the crowd.
