Screwcap. Very cloudy appearance. Light, bright red colour with a hint of orange. Soft, mature nose, with notes of red cherry, plum, star anise, and forest floor. Palate is structured around strong, hard, smooth acidity and powdery tannins. Bright fruit flavours of orange juice and red cherry, with hints of dry twigs, anise, and bay leaf.

Stunning Pinot Noir. As opposed to many French wines, this Australian Pinot Noir has a deep and lasting taste that has you appreciate every drop. Drank the 2004 and need to find more of that vintage. Great buy at a reasonable price. Drank it while eating a slightly ginger-crusted tuna steak.
