Very deep red in color with lovely aromas of blackberry, black plum, cherry- plus a mellowness. Rich on the palate with very dark fruits and tobacco/licorice on the finish. I think this wine is drinking quite well, perhaps hitting it stride, maybe still early. Not a lot of up-front fruit. Lingering bitter taste. I’m not sure that I would guess off the bat that it was an Old World wine.

Deep red and clear in the glass, with very dark center. Raspberry, cassis, bitter chocolate, citrus oil and some truffle on the nose, which is open and expressive. Very powerful, intense and concentrated on the mid-palate, without being heavy. Firm, without being austere, but also not silky or voluptuous. Medium length finish which echoes the initial notes. Equal measures of: dignity, power, and grace. Really, better than many St. Emilion Grand Vins. What a nose on this one! Serious wine and extraordinary value at <$40/750. (92-93).

醒酒2/3小时。非常好,有骨有肉。酒体中,cab franc给了气味上的lift,口中的收敛感。到位但得体。
后几次,没有第一次那么好,酒精偏明显

Doesn't taste like a second wine, it can be stored 5+ years but currently it is already quite delicious.
