A nice "classic" So African SB. I like the balance and the underlying apple flavors. We have served this wined and many parties this summer; this is the last left-over bottle

This has been one my go to whites as far as QPR. I agree with the notes below. Can be one dimentional but I really enjoy the mouthfeel. Definately not too complex but for 10 bucks I can't complain.

(Mulderbosch Chenin Blanc) #2; COLOR-light golden; NOSE-mix of really dry hay w/ lime juice; also butternut squash; very vibrant & spritzy; TASTE-really nice acid on the back-end; big gobs of honey; a heavy dose of Granny Smith apple (almost apple juice); nice acid on the back-end (good food wine); solid Chenin Blanc, but a little one dimensional; GV-87

NSMFOW July 2010--Northern vs. Southern Hemisphere (The Grapevine, Salem, MA): Medium yellow color. Nose of apples and pears with some lime/grapefruit and alcohol. Similar on the palate. Some minerality. Medium acidity. Solid wine for the price.
