There’s complexity and regal carriage; sophisticated and aristocratic, and a foamy texture with finely intricate malic fruit. That said, for me there’s a sardonic snap I may overstate because I’m so weirdly sensitive to bitterness. Still, benefit of the doubt, because what’s good here is seriously good.
