Crisp, dry texture and bright acidity. Simple lemon, kiwifruit, and a bit of Bisquik. A touch of chalk and rubbery grip. Very lively mousse. This has a long life ahead and I wish I had more. 4+11+17+7 = 88

Drank all six as part od the Garagiste side-by-side tasting. This was #2 for the group. It had a nice finish. No good notes as we consumed them on New Year's Eve. I decanted all for only about 3 hours.

Opened 24 hrs in advance and chilled with cork...very bland at initial tasting while finishing prep on our New Years fondue. Much better with the cheese fondue, but still way too understated for our taste. Hoping the Cupada will be better in a couple of hours with the chocolate fondue...

Toasty, bread dough aromas, dry pear flavors, medium body, a bit of tannin. Very champagne-like, though not as unique as some of his other blends.

Straw color with nice bead. Yeast and nut aroma with a hint of baby powder. Consistent flavors with good body and pleasant finish.
