A well constructed wine with ample acidity, fruit aromas and flavors, and minerality. Paired with a meal of sashimi and umami-rich cooked Japanese dishes. Sufficient depth to pair reasonably well with that range of food.

Golden color. On the nose, dried flowers, fleshy ripe fruit such as papaya or melon, some passion fruit and kiwi. In the mouth, grapefruit, clementine peel, and more dried flowers. Very dry indeed! Somewhat bitter on the finish.
