  Just right. Deep fruit, smooth in body and integration. Hints of spice, but perfectly round and nice length on the palate. Critics’ drink dates totally miss the mark; good for some years yet. Pierre Rovani understood this wine. 90-91+

  Delicious nose, all depth, fragrance, exotic notes and developd fruit tones. A bit of age does wonderful things to Burgundy. Palate was chunky, but light around the edges. Just a perfect grip and i found this very tasty. Evolved over the evening. Lipsmacking stuff.

  Wonderful wine. Better than any other of the few Gevery-Chambertin village and first growth wines I have tasted in the past.
