  Deep straw and color. Lovely nose of grapefruits, peach pit, peaches, and hint of Macintosh apples. Lovely taste of grapefruit, peaches, green apples, peach pit, And hint of the autumnal spices and lime stone. I’m not sure if this is edition 3 of the wine as none is marketed. It’s definitely fienherb and 10.5% alcohol. Aging wonderfully, The acidity has the edge on the fruit but nicely balanced. Drinking well now but should age for another 5 to 8 years.
