Served as aperitif with friends before lunch. No-one present was familiar with this champagne, I presume it comes from a small grower. Great to taste this at 13 years after the vintage. 100% chardonnay. Full of life when opened with good bubbles. As previous reviewer has said, this is mineral driven and still shows good acidity. Held well in the glass and good length. A classy champagne.

If you like austere, mineral-driven bubbles this is it!! Tons of energy and focus, acidity almost over the top...but I loved it. In the same wheelhouse as Agrapart Venus at a much, much better price point.

For a non-dosé this still had some sweetness. Didn't taste as old as it is. Pale colour, apples, and hints of brioche. Nice but not especially complex.

Lighter color. The nose is clean, showing aromas of nuts, cream, dried citrus fruits and flowers. This is medium bodied on the palate, with good concentration and a fair amount of finesse. This is a brisk, low dosage style. Medium plus length on the finish.

A pretty balanced extra brut bubbly. Fine bubbles, with hazelnuts, flint, chalk and citrus predominating both nose and palate. Nice on its own but definitely much better with food.
