  Pale gold. Very fine, cool nose with clean ripe fruits, pear and vanilla, backed up by toasted oak. Smooth, balanced on the palate, crunchy fruit, echoes of brioche. Elegant finish, not too long, but goes down without a trace of imbalance or distortion. Excellent. Stylish, restrained, and very easy to drink, without being soppy.
