  A beautiful showing, with deep, dark black fruit, tar, black charred vanillin oak, dark chocolate, and a syrupy black raspberry note on the back end. Utterly compelling and unctuous, without ever coming off heavy or cloying. This is in a perfect drinking window currently. Why wait?!
  
  With the dizzying array of wine Del Dotto offers every given year, who knows if this exact wine can be found again. However, if I'm ever able to track this exact Block down again, I'm all in. This wine renewed my faith in Del Dotto and their wines' abilities to perform wonderfully with a little age on them. Well done indeed. Drink now and over the next few years. 97 solid points.
