Dark purple color, aromas of mild cedar, blackberry, earthy mushroom. Bold flavors of blackberry, tobacco, and dark chocolate covered dried black cherry. Well integrated tannins, with a fresh acidity on the finish that elevate the flavors perfectly. A delicious wine that would go well with grilled steak or red game meat of any kind.

Dark purple color, medium weight with luscious mouthfeel and tannins that are now well integrated and soft. Subtle aromas of dark cherry, Herbs-de-provence and white pepper on the nose. Dried prunes and tobacco up front, with licorice that hits with some acidity on the finish that lingers. Definitely perfect to drink now, but also the guts to go a couple more years easily.

Starts off with a bitter tang on the palate opening up into an earthy, black fruit profile. Medium grained tannins give the backbone to this mouth coating, supple wine.
