This wine has a nose of peach stone, minerals, orange blossom, and green apples. It is semi-dry+ on the finish with a balanced does of oak on the finish. The wine is very smooth drinking at this point and highly enjoyable. Pairing it with lemon, butter, basil pan fried barramundi filets.

Starting to amber. Still has some California style dense fruit and big oak, but this is giving way to more Burgundy-like qualities with prominent acidity. Drinking very well now. Wonderful with a seafood pasta.
