Hipster labeling on an exaggerated Rhine wine-like bottle with a flip top cap advertises a New World crémant. With a silvery color, this sparkling Pinot Gris presents a nose with notes of apricot, grapefruit and almond. Crisp apple and pineapple with a light yeasty under tone taste complements a light crisp body and bright texture. Finish is short to medium. All in all a delightful celebratory libation!
