  • Has the profile of a Lodi or Paso Robles Zin, the kind made from overripe grapes and fermented to low RS and high ABV. Of course, there are less tannins than you'd get from a Zinfandel, and the alcohol is only 13.1%. Showed better integration after one hour of air. Was a goood (enough) pairing with gamey turkey leftovers.
