  This wine is way over the hill. The nose is full of funky mushroom and earth, you would think it was a Pinot Noir and not a Shiraz. In the mouth it's unmistakably Shiraz with fruit leading the charge and pepper to finish the job but the problem is there is no power to pull it together. This could have been a 91-92 point wine in it's youth but now it's just flabby.

  Beautiful nose of dark fruit. Inky purple color, staining the glass. Smooth attack with good fruit and negligible tannin. Has not lost a step.
